Radiant diGiLog Launches Referral Programme, Offers 10% Commission to Business Partners
Radiant diGiLog, a Nigerian technology and digital transformation company, has launched a new referral partner programme aimed at helping professionals and business leaders turn their industry networks into commercial opportunities while connecting organisations with digital tools for workforce management and productivity.
Under the programme, eligible referral partners will earn a 10 per cent commission on the first-year subscription revenue of every organisation they successfully refer to Radiant diGiLog.
The company said the initiative is designed for professionals who already have trusted relationships with businesses and can identify organisations struggling with workforce visibility, employee accountability and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Radiant diGiLog Opens New Revenue Opportunity for Professionals
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Tayo Babatunde, announced the programme in a statement, describing it as an opportunity for professionals to help businesses address practical workforce challenges while creating an additional income stream.
“When a referred organisation becomes a customer, the referral partner earns 10 per cent commission on the customer’s first-year subscription revenue,” Babatunde said.
The programme is open to a wide range of professionals, including human resource specialists, accountants, consultants, business advisers, technology partners, entrepreneurs and others with established business networks.
Radiant diGiLog said referral partners will not be required to handle the entire sales or implementation process.
Instead, the company will take responsibility for customer engagement, including product demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, training and ongoing support.
This allows partners to concentrate on identifying suitable businesses and making credible introductions.
Company Targets Growing Demand for Workforce Management Tools
The referral programme follows Radiant diGiLog’s introduction of its AI-powered workforce management and employee productivity platform in June.
The platform is designed to give organisations a clearer view of employee activities, attendance, task execution and productivity from a single digital environment.
The company said the platform has been introduced across several markets, including Nigeria, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Uganda and Canada, as businesses increasingly look for digital alternatives to manual workforce management.
Babatunde said the launch comes as more Nigerian businesses are placing greater emphasis on technology that can reduce administrative work, improve efficiency and provide better insight into employee performance.
“Our vision has always gone beyond providing technology. We believe sustainable growth is built on trust, shared value and practical solutions that help organisations to perform better,” she said.
“Through this programme, professionals can help businesses solve real workforce challenges while creating an additional income stream for themselves.”
Platform Aims to Replace Paper Records, Spreadsheets and WhatsApp Tracking
Radiant diGiLog was developed in Nigeria to tackle some of the workforce management challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
According to the company, many organisations still rely on paper records, spreadsheets, phone calls and WhatsApp groups to track attendance, assign responsibilities and monitor employee activities.
While such methods may work for smaller teams, the company said they can become increasingly difficult to manage as businesses expand across multiple teams or locations.
Radiant diGiLog is intended to bring these activities into one digital system.
The platform provides tools for managing attendance, workforce activities, reporting, task assignments and productivity, giving managers access to records that can be reviewed over time.
Babatunde said the system can also create a longer-term performance record by tracking tasks assigned to employees, their deadlines and whether the tasks are completed.
“Because diGiLog logs every task assigned, due, and completed, it builds an unbiased performance record over time,” she said.
“A manager can pull 12 months of data and see objectively who consistently delivers and who consistently falls behind.”
Healthcare, Field Workers and Growing SMEs Among Target Users
Radiant diGiLog said its platform could be particularly useful for organisations with employees working across different locations or businesses that have outgrown informal methods of managing staff.
The company identified healthcare providers, field and mobile workforces, growing SMEs and other organisations with workforce accountability challenges among its potential users.
“If you are managing 10 or more people across a combination of phone calls, paper and spreadsheets, this platform was built specifically for you,” Babatunde said.
The company believes the referral programme can also help accelerate adoption by allowing businesses to discover the platform through professionals and advisers they already trust.
Radiant diGiLog Pushes Wider Digital Transformation Drive
The company said the referral initiative forms part of its broader effort to build a business ecosystem around smarter workforce management and digital transformation.
As more organisations across Nigeria and other African markets modernise how they manage employees, time and productivity, Radiant diGiLog expects trusted professional networks to play a growing role in helping businesses discover and adopt new technology.
